Mastering the Social-Emotional You

I work with many men who carry a lot of stress in business life and running their companies.

I see on social media many therapists proving that they know how to cure people and help them build their businesses to make more money.

Their approach may work for some, which is great if money is the goal.

I also have worked with men in these elite groups. Master fill-in-the-blank is typically the name, and they pay a lot of money to attend, network, and learn from the best in their professed business.

The leaders are usually very charismatic, seemingly wealthy, preach the benefits of plant medicine experiences, and have the world by the tail.

Until one does a little digging and finds out they owe child support money, are on their fourth wife, they have addiction issues. Etc. (True Story)

All people who lead others or want to be an expert in their field need nervous system regulation.

If you want to increase your social-emotional skill set, then you need self-awareness.

If you are not aware of what triggers you, motivates you, scares you, or keeps you stuck, then whatever you are buying from a guru of sorts doesn't matter because you won't be able to implement the tools and strategies fully.

The goal is to take you deep into your nervous systems (where trauma is stored) and help it release so you aren't spending all of your energy just managing your mental, emotional, and physical symptoms.

Somatic work is the beginning.

Consultations are always free.
