If you live in my state life, it is changing at a relatively quick pace. Uncertainty is everywhere. Most of us are out of work, and we have children at home.
We are consuming more than a reasonable amount of news, and our nervous systems are working overtime.

Limit the amount of time you spend consuming the news.
You know that friend that you haven't talked to in months, but whenever you touchback in, it is as if no time has passed? Those are the people in your tribe you need right now.
Put FB away for a while or check it once a day.
Get outside.
If you want to cry, don't swallow it but allow for a certain amount of time to do it. Five to ten minutes and then reset.
