What is Biodynamic Cranial Sacral?

Everything I read about biodynamic cranial sacral does not seem to match what I find in my reality while doing this work. It is not about moving cerebral spinal fluid, shifting cranial bones, curing the body of ailments.

Biodynamic cranial sacral work should be about connecting with our inner silence and stillness.

When we are resting in stillness with our body as our guide, the shadow or false selves filter away, and we glimpse our true nature.

The healing properties of stillness and inner quiet has been in every religion and spiritual tradition for the last thousand years.

Spending thousands of dollars at a traditional therapist gets us no closer to the mind-body connection. Being in stillness brings forth the two to work together and create space and options that we cannot experience with the mind alone.

There are several ways to treat the mind-body-spirit connection, and biodynamic cranial sacral is just one of them. Meditation, yoga, qigong, centering prayer, or just moving and acknowledging our bodies while in nature, can all aide to getting to the core of who we are.

The significant difference is that biodynamic cranial sacral safely heals our old wounds through pure awareness.

A skilled practitioner allows the experience on the table to be all about what you notice as you drop into a version of yourself not found in everyday life.

Gaining awareness and acceptance of your true nature of goodness and self-love without ego interruption is life-changing.

In this work, the only thing that defines you is your genuine self. Old wounds, labels, and fear all melt away.

What would you give for a glimpse of who you are beneath the face you have created for the world with no judgment, no expectations, and no fear?

The things I have witnessed being healed by regular biodynamic cranial sacral work are food sensitivities, addictions, poor boundaries, and chronic pain. Clients have created new paths for themselves that they have been afraid to do. Many have healed wounds from molestation or self-harming behavior. Several have wakened up the artistic and spiritual person that they had put to rest.

Feeling your true self and becoming aware of your false self will remove all obstacles that you or your past have created.

If traditional methods have not unlocked answers, you have been hoping for it is worth a try.

There is no limit to what can be learned or changed from a consistent mind, body, spirit practice.
